Donato Enoteca (Located in the heart of downtown Redwood City) – is a gratifying dining experience. Executive Chef Donato Scotti serves up a different menu weekly based on only the freshest available seasonal produce. True to his artistic style, Donato wanted to showcase his cooking as a work in progress before it reached his customers’ table and so he called on Banis Restaurant Design to create a stunning open kitchen, which is a highlight of the restaurant, along with a private wine cellar and wrap around patio where guests can dine al fresco. The custom kitchen was meticulously designed to suit Donato’s craft – including a real wood burning pizza oven.
